Lithuania is a safe country. Here, life goes on as usual. We are living, travelling, tasting and preparing intensively for the new tourism season: opening new accommodation and catering establishments, introducing new activities and products. All tourist services in Lithuania are fully operational.

Lithuania can be accessed by all the usual transport methods and routes. All air, water, and land routes (except those restricted at the EU level) are open. There are no changes or complications in the procedures for entering Lithuania.

The country is a member of the European Union, the Schengen area, NATO, and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). Lithuania is a safe country to travel, work and relax in, just as it was before. The European Travel Commission also confirms the safety of the Baltic States.
